Roasted Chickpeas Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Roasted Chickpeas
- 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic grated
- 2 tbsp Oil or Clarified Butter Ghee)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala optional
Mix together chickpeas, salt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin powder, oil, chaat masala, red chili powder. Coat the chickpeas well.
Heat a skillet and put the above chickpeas and roast them on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Keep stirring in between. Serve warm.
