Phalse Ka Sharbat Recipe | What is the Recipe of Phalse Ka Sharbat
- 1 cup Phalse
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- Ice cubes
Wash phalse and place them in a sieve and let the excess water drain out.
In a blender add phalsa, sugar and 1/2 cup water and whisk for a while.
Now add 2 cup more of cold water and whisk for half a minute. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
Pour out phalsa juice in a glass and serve. You can even add some ice cubes to it and serve chilled.
