Pasta In Red Sauce Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Pasta In Red Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 2 Garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp Celery chopped optional
- 1 tsp Parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers diced
- 1/4 cup Corn steamed
- 1 cup Homemade Tomato Puree*
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Pasta Farfalle cooked
- Parsley for Garnish
- Cheese for Garnish
- Red chili flakes for Garnish
In a deep pan, heat olive oil. Add onions and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add garlic and saute for a few seconds.
Add red chili flakes, celery, parsley, bell peppers and give it a nice mix. We don't want the bell peppers to cook and loose the crunch.
Now add corn and tomato puree. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well.
Add pasta and mix well. Adjust the seasoning if required.
Garnish with parsley, cheese and red chili flakes and serve hot.
