Mixed Veggie Raita Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Mixed Veggie Raita
- 1 cup low-fat curds dahi , beaten
- 1/2 cup cubed and boiled beetroot
- 1/4 cup cucumber cubes
- 1/4 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander dhania
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds jeera powder
- salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for ½ hour and serve chilled.
