Mint Raita Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Mint Raita
- 1 1/2 cups beaten fresh curds dahi
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves phudina
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp black salt sanchal
- salt to taste
- For The Garnish
- mint sprig
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Keep refrigerated and serve chilled with parathas of your choice.
