- 4 slices white bread
- 8 pieces cucumber
- 1 bunch mint Leaves chopped
- 2 green chilli medium
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 inches ginger peeled & chopped
Finely chop the mint and coriander leaves. Transfer to a mixer along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, sugar, lemon juice and some salt. Blend well until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
Place the bread slices on a flat surface. Spread 1 slice with butter and other slice with the chutney.
Top up with cucumber and tomato slices and cover.
Cut into squares or triangles or halves. Serve at once.
