Mango Mousse Recipe | What is the Recipe of Mango Mousse
- 2 mango large
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pure icing sugar sifted
- 1 tbs gelatine powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 300 ml thickened cream whipped
Peel and chop mangoes.
Blend with the lemon juice and icing sugar.
Pour into glass bowl.
Dissolve gelatine in the hot water. Add to mango mixture and mix well.
Fold in the whipped cream mixing well.
Chill until set.
