Roasted Makhana Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Roasted Makhana
- 2 tbsp Ghee or Clarified Butter
- 1 cup Lotus seeds halved
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste optional
Heat ghee or clarified butter in a pan. Once hot, put lotus seeds and stir fry on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Once they turn sufficiently crispy, add salt, pepper and switch off the gas. Mix thoroughly.
Serve warm or store in an air tight container once cold and have it as a snack whenever hunger strikes.
