Masala Peanuts Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Masala Peanuts
- 1/2 cup Peanuts or 60 grams
- 1/2 tbsp Ghee or clarified butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder or to taste
Roast peanuts for about 8-9 minutes in a saucepan.
Once roasted, add ghee and coat well.
Now, put the roasted peanuts in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chaat masala and red chili powder. Mix well.
Once cold, store in an air tight container for up to one month.
