Jamun Raita Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Jamun Raita
- 1/2 cup deseeded and finely chopped ripe black jamuns
- 1 cup whisked low-fat curds
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds jeera powder
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander dhania
- For The Garnish
- a sprig of coriander dhania
Combine the curds, jamuns, salt, cumin seeds powder and coriander in a bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve chilled garnished with a sprig of coriander.
