Curd & Pepper Sandwich Recipe | What Is The Recipe Of Curd & Pepper Sandwich
- 1/2 cup Hung curd
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Yellow bell pepper cubed
- 3 tbsp Red bell pepper cubed
- 3 tbsp Capsicum cubed
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 Whole wheat bread slices
- Butter to spread
Mix together hung curd, onion, 2 tbsp bell peppers each, 2 tbsp capsicum, coriander, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
Apply curd pepper spread on two slices whole wheat bread. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of capsicum and bell peppers each.
Cover them with a bread slice each. Apply butter on both sides (outer) of the sandwich and grill them both on an electric grill or on a flat hot griddle on stove.
Crispy curd and pepper sandwich is ready.
