- 1/2 cup sliced Raddish optional
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup yogurt/curd
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- Mint leaves lemon and green chilies for garnish
- 2 Cucumber sticks
Place raddish, cucumber, mint, coriander, green chili, ginger, lemon juice and salt in a mixer.
Make juice and sieve it.
Put yogurt in a glass. Sprinkle chaat masala, mint, lemon slices and green chili in the glass.
Put two cucumber sticks. Pour the detox juice in the glass slowly with the help of a spoon.
Drink the juice and dip the cucumber and eat!
