Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced Raddish optional
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup yogurt/curd
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Mint leaves lemon and green chilies for garnish
  • 2 Cucumber sticks

Instructions

  1. Place raddish, cucumber, mint, coriander, green chili, ginger, lemon juice and salt in a mixer.
  2. Make juice and sieve it.
  3. Put yogurt in a glass. Sprinkle chaat masala, mint, lemon slices and green chili in the glass.
  4. Put two cucumber sticks. Pour the detox juice in the glass slowly with the help of a spoon.
  5. Drink the juice and dip the cucumber and eat!
